Great material, production can be improved

The natural fragnence is amazing instantly fills all the rooms with calm and fresh fragnence. Cooling is natural and soothing; instantly brings down heat, dust and pollution inside the house. Built quality can be better, the rollers could be replaced with actual pulley and nylon roles as the current setup sometime gets stuck and prevents smooth operation; also thin bamboo sticks can be inserted to give more strength and prevent the roots from sagging and also help with rolling function.

Overall satisfied with the purchase and hope the improvements will be implemented.

Quality of the Vetiver Khus is very poor - upgrade needed

Need to increase the thickness and quality of the product. One layer is just blank and open to seen. Paid premium but quality is very poor. Investment is just ok for one or two summers.

One concern that I faced with the courier. They don't update the tracking so if you could raise this concern with them.

Loved the vetiver curtains

I received the curtain few days back and hung it on my kitchen door which opens in the balcony. I connected the RO drain pipe to the khus auto cooling curtain pipe on top. The moment I switch on the RO, the water enters the curtain and wow the whole room is filled with the pleasant smell of the khus roots and my kitchen and the adjoinjng room feels so cool. Loved the curtain, I am satisfied with my purchase. Thank you!!
